Abstract:

In the new era of progress, and in perfect competitive market, successful companies are those who are flexible or change making. Given the importance of universities as centers of elite centers of science and husbandry, and generating creative ideas to find patterns of change and countries improvement, it is necessary examining the strengths and weaknesses of administrative and training processes of universities to make new design and force innovative and basic changes that finally cause improvement of teaching and education process. So, in present research, besides studying several methodologies characteristics of reengineering, it is paid to field research and direct observation and using interview and questionnaire and using Expert Choice software to select the most suitable Model for reengineering of professors, students and employees of Islamic Azad University (Firoozkuh branch) training process, teaching processes and finally, with respect to the view point of experts (table on page 13) and competitive market exist in country universities and need assessment of Azad Universities Firoozkuh branch from studied methodologies, 5 methodologies are selected which are: 1. Kodak methodology 2. ARMA methodology 3. Super methodology 4. PRLC methodology 5. Rapid-Re methodology and after studying and comparing these methodologies, the best suitable methodology to perform in Azad university of Firoozkuh is selected.

In today‘s world, supply chain management is gaining a lot of importance. Inbound logistics, manufacturing operations, inventory management and outbound logistics are main components of supply chain management. Since price of a product is driven by various factors like demand, competitive positioning and often these factors are not in control of the organization which produces the products, all one can do to increase bottom line i.e. profit, is reduce cost. Logistics are non-value added activities (they are incidental wastes- you can‘t avoid them), so any company would try to optimize the cost spent on these activities. Warehousing is a critical component of outbound logistics. It naturally becomes the prime area, which companies can focus on, to reduce cost.

Historically, the selection of resources to execute various warehouse operations was solely done by experts. This paper discusses about the design of a RFID based Resource Management System to help warehouse managers to select the most suitable resource usage packages for handling warehouse operation orders by retrieving and analyzing useful knowledge from a case-based data warehouse for solutions in both time saving and cost effective manner. The proposed system, which is suitable for usage in a warehouse operation environment, enhances the effectiveness in formulating resource usage package and managing resource operation by integrating the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and the programming model for forklift route optimization. This paper also discusses about one case study- successful implementation of this system at a multinational logistics company, GENCO.
